These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Connekt Chrome extension and CRM platform ("Services") provided by Connekt ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Analytics, reporting, and integration features

3User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account and User Login information
  • Ensure all Users under your account comply with these Terms
  • Promptly update account information when it changes

4Acceptable Use

✗Prohibited Uses

  • • Attempt to hack or compromise our Services
  • • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • • Violate privacy or intellectual property rights

5Chrome Extension Specific Terms

LinkedIn Data Extraction

  • Our extension only extracts publicly available information from LinkedIn profiles
  • You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted data
  • Extraction activities must comply with applicable data protection laws

Installation and Updates

  • The extension requires installation through the Chrome Web Store
  • We may automatically update the extension to improve functionality and security
  • You may uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome's settings

6Subscription and Billing

💳 Payment Terms

  • Services are provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers
  • All fees are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period
  • We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

🔄 Renewal & Refunds

Your subscription will renew automatically for equivalent terms. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we may provide refunds at our sole discretion for certain circumstances.

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9Term and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation

Termination by Us

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • We may terminate the Services with 30 days' notice for business reasons
  • Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease

💾 Effect of Termination

  • You may export your data for 30 days after termination
  • We will delete your data according to our data retention policies
  • Unpaid fees remain due after termination
